Is the 6 man going to happen before 6? I get out of work at six and work about 5 blocks away. If i need to leave early i will because i'm not going to miss Tozawa. It'll be well after 6. you'll be fine.

Does anyone else notice that this card seems to have a "stepping up" quality to it? Lots of people getting big opportunities here.
If there are to be unannounced matches I will reiterate my request for Joey Figueroa against a Takeover member.

Who will you cheer for? (My picks):
Chingo
POISON...ALWAYS
Flippies over Squad (Gelistico is becoming the funnest person ever to be against).
I'm inclined to cheer Vexx over Wolfe but I want to give Wolfe some cheers to motivate him. We'll see how it goes.
Palmer over Skelly
ACH
Six-man scramble - Tough one. There's three I like in this: Dingo, Tozawa, & Electro. I think it might be fun to cheer Electro, but real glad to see Tozawa back. So it'll probably be between Tozawa & Electro. I'll go on a limb though, and say I see Electro as the favorite to win the match and the Televised belt (is the belt on the line?)
Summers over Darin
Masada vs Evans - I could go either way with this one. I will pick one of the two, but it probably won't be until right before match time.
Jessica, Rachel, & Deeb

I'm really looking forward to ACH vs Jason Silver. He really showed a lot in the Drinking Game match and has a pinfall victory over ACH (only the second person to do so in ACW i believe)
The 6 way Televised title match is going to be epic, the 3 way between Vega, Jay and Lamotta tore the house down and by adding Electro, Dingo and Tozawa to the mix....WOW!!
Darin and Scot is going to be awesome. They squared off one on one at Queen of Queens 2009 but Masada ran in and attacked Darin, they were in the 8 man tag that Krusher Kong no showed and Wolfe turned on his team, they faced in the Dog Collar match after both men had already wrestled so FINALLY we get to see Darin Childs vs Scot Summers ONE ON ONE where both could prepare properly for it. I think this may get a little heated.
The 6 Joshi match is going to be all kinds of great.
Evans vs Masada is going to be unreal. Think about some of these factors. Evans made Scot tap out then the next night Masada and Scot went to a draw, Scot has beaten Masada and also pinned him in the dream match earlier this year with Jerry and Scot vs Plisken and Masada. Masada has got BIG wins this year over Jacobs, Hero, ACH, Vega and Jay. Evans though has beaten Corbin, Vega, Palmer, Fitchett, James, Childs, Plisken and Summers. So both men walk in with BIG wins under their belt with few losses. And Evans can go hardcore, remember his match against Darin Childs at Guilty by Association??
Palmer vs Skelly will be good. Palmer is on one hell of a roll.
Vexx vs Wolfe is going to be the "Grab your shit and move" match i think where seating arrangements get rearranged.
Poison vs Jen i am looking forward to. Will be good to see Jen in singles competition.
The Squad vs Flippy Shit is going to be real interesting due to the fact that The Squad haven't teamed for a couple of shows BUT in their solo outings they kicked some serious ass. Flippy Shit have gronw into a solid tag team and this will be a great test for them by going in with undoubtedly the most consistent Team in ACW history.
Sky Rider vs Chingo will be a good match too. The Lost Boys vs Smurf Nation match a few shows ago really brought out some great stuff from both teams. Hopefully they go one on one and there is no interference here.

Even with the additions of Tozawa and Electro I'm STILL pulling for Dingo! I only saw Dingo once and it was a year ago, so I'm not completely on board yet. I was impressed by him, though.
I like Electro. I'm leaning toward cheering him on in that match.

RK you spoke of "stepping up" well this is the World Serena Deeb is walking into. ACW JOSHI IS THE WAY!! You have a good point. Deeb's coming in with a huge reputation and having never done ACW before it's going to be fun watching her "prove it" in a really hardcore womens' wrestling division - I get what you're saying there.
Other companies do womens' wrestling and some even do it well, but I really don't think I've seen it done quite the way we do it - I wonder if word's getting around out there?
Your videos are very good by the way. Haven't watched your full documentary yet but have watched some, and I plan to post a review of it eventually.

Evans vs Masada:
I see this match as a textbook example of Mind over Matter. Masada is like the brick wall of ACW - When you get to the peak of where you can go...there's still Masada.
Evans's greatest strength, more than "hardcore", more than his move set, more than his personality, is his ability to control a match. I've mentioned that before, but it really is what sets him apart. I can't remember seeing anyone in recent years who controls a match the way Robert Evans does.
So it comes down to - Can Evans gain control of the uncontrollable Masada? That is the question that will determine who wins this match. And like I said, as much as I hate being on the fence, I can't pick one to go for until the match itself, as I admire the qualities of both of these men (except for Evans beating up on Jessica).

r k I gotta say, r k, that you may be thinking about this all wrong. To me it isn't whether or not Evans can control the uncontrollable Masada but can Masada control someone that may be the best of the best at ACW. Evans can wrestle just as well or even better than anyone at ACW. He can take and give as much pain as anyone in ACW. We haven't seen Masada win a match recently without having to delve into his hardcore arsenal. We've seen Robert go with or without any form of hardcore wrestling as he sees fit.

I see and cede your point, and it should also be noted that Masada has appeared much more vulnerable in some of his recent matches, whereas in the end Evans rarely does...
But then again, Masada was able to put down ACH...The unpredictable ACH.
I still say this match is the greatest challenge so far of Evans's mastery of control (how's that?) If he clears the hurdle...
...then Masada is the underdog.

When I think of the full ramifications of what Masada vs Evans is...
It looks like I'm going with Masada (doesn't necessarily mean I think he's favored to win though).
It's blue collar vs white collar in the end. I'm going blue collar for the emotional reasons.
I'm going Masada.

The more of Dingo you see, the more you will enjoy his work. Before his extended break this past year and a half or shit, maybe it was two years, he was consistently in the top 3 best workers in the Saint Louis area for the last 5 or 6 years. Ive seen him wrestle opponents of all shapes. sizes, skill levels and styles and his matches were always one of the best on every card he was on. He formed the original submission squad with a guy by the name of Nightmare Nick Tyson(the other guy challenging Dingo for wrestler of the year most years)and they put on tag clinics the likes of which you could only see from the best in the world.
They also had a long feud with each other in the LWA that featured some of the best indy matches Ive ever seen.

In ACW you're either with the Squad or you're against the Squad, and I'm agin.

You dont have to tell me about the squad haha. They have been running the show in Saint Louis for some time now. They had a feud with the bearded men from spacestation 11 in the LWA that lasted a couple years but ended with the bearded men being permanently disbanded and their leader, Billy Mcniel, one of the most popular LWA wrestlers lost his job in the process.

And yeah, Dingo was in on that! They've never gotten the receipt they deserved from it yet either.

This card is absolutely stacked!! This may turn out to be the show of the year, on paper it is. For me personally, I don't think any card can come close to this year's Queen of Queens for show of the year.
Not for the collection of matches so much as the show as a whole and the experience of it.
That show was deep.

Thoughts & Predictions
1. Sky Ryder vs. Chingo - Ryder has been improving & I'm interested in seeing him in solo action. I'd like to see a victory for C.O.P. but don't think that's gonna happen here.
2. Lady Poison vs. Jen Alise - Poison all the way, Jen's gonna gain alot just from being in this match though.
3. The Squad vs. Flippy Sh!t - I'm looking at this as an unofficial No. 1 contenders match & Flippies deserve a title shot. Should be a solid tag match with the possibilties of run-ins & surprises.
4. Shawn Vexx vs. Khris Wolfe - These two might not use the ring too much for this one. Vexx has proven time & time again that he'll sacrifice his body for a victory, & I believe Wolfe was trained by Necro Butcher, so if this stays one on one it's gonna come down to heart. In that case Vexx has the edge.
5. Skylar Skelly vs. Matthew Palmer - I don't know what to expect from this one, as both men are diversely talented. I do know that whatever style match this is, it's gonna be great. Palmer is on the rise right now.
6. U-30 Title - ACH (c) vs. Jason Silver - I'm excited for this one. I believe this is Silver's first singles match in ACW & it's quite a test. ACH is on fire so I don't see him dropping the belt, but regardless the outcome this is a step forward for Silver.
7. Anarchy Televised Scramble - Good luck callin' this one Biss. 2 things got me into indy wrestling; CM Punk & the ROH Scrambles from '02 & '03. An ACW Scramble is complete chaos and with this level talent involved this has show-stealer written all over it. I want Tozawa to win so he has to come back and defend the belt.
8. Grudge Match - Darin Childs vs. Scot Summers - There will be blood. Showtime bested Darin in their last match but after Darin had already competed in a Heavyweight title match. It will be great to see these 2 one on one with a clean slate. Lets-Go-Dar-in!
9. Title vs. Title - MASADA vs. Robert Evans - An ACW dream match if there ever was one. Again the diversity of the talent leaves me little clue what to expect. One thing's for sure, some chairs are getting fucked up.
10. Elimination 6-Joshi Tag - Awesome that the Joshis get the Main Event slot. I hope this is a debut for Serena & not just an appearance. I think Portia will win but won't be standing tall at the end of the night.

Regarding the Flippies vs Squad and it being a #1 Contender match:
The Flippies won #1 Contender some time ago, and I don't believe they've received a shot yet. It would suck if they keep defending "#1 Contender" without ever getting the shot. I like the Smurfs but...They need to defend those belts.
I disagree with Portia winning the big Joshi match. I see...someone else doing that.

Since they won the belts i think i have only seen the Smurfs defend against the Lost Boys. The Submission Squad faced a lot of teams but in the Smurfs defence when Showtime and Jerry Lynn were champs they didn't make a lot of defences either. But the Smurfs are on every show, Jerry wasn't on every show. The Takeover have been crushing teams recently too. Not just beating them but CRUSHING them. Smurfs may end up in the firing line of The Takeover.
