Next two matches announced for this huge event. Granite City's home grown Anarchist Mat Fitchett will take on international superstar Arik Cannon. Cannon was involved in the beat down of Fitchett in January. Fitchett is sure to be fired up and ready to even the score! Davey Vega is ready to once again prove that he can hang with the top talent in the world. On April 8th he will go one on one with ROH star Kyle O'Rilley!

We thought that we would announce another match for Will Wrestle for food. This match will feature 3 of the American Joshi's all three of which competed this past weekend for Shimmer. The ACW Tag Team Champions RAJETT(Rachel Summerlyn and Jessica James) will defend their titles against "The Wrestling Goddess" Athena and Gerald James!

Friday SLA results from Granite City, IL: Credit Patrick Brandmeyer
-Alexandre Rudolph d. Billy McNeil via released German suplex. -Davey Vega d. Kyle O'Reilly with the Air Raid Crash(I'm calling it the Vegamatic)...R.D. Evans interrupted Vega's victory celebration and Vega vowed to win gold in SLA from either Evan Gelistico or ACW Champion Matthew Palmer(recent ally of Evans). Darin Corbin jumped Vega from behind and he and Evans double-teamed Vega until The Children Of Pain(Darin Childs & Khris Wolfe) ran them off. -Adam Raw won a four-way dance with Christian Rose, K.C. Karrington, and Jordan Lacey. Karrington stole the pin on Lacey after Raw powered Lacey up into a Whiplash slam. Rose fought off both opponents and scored a surprise win over Karrington after a modified brainbuster. He attempted the same move on Raw but was overpowered and slammed to the mat with Raw's version of the Hellevator for the final fall. Raw said that he was tired of true "heavyweights" being overlooked in independent wrestling and vowed to support the Dingo/Arik Cannon alliance! -Rachel Summerlyn & Jessica James d. Gerald James & Dorian Victor(w/ "Mrs. Victor") to retain the ACW Tag Team Titles; Dorian substituted for Athena in his first match in quite a while. The champs sustained a lot of punishment in this intergender contest, but Jessica assisted Summerlyn in scoring the winning pin on Victor with a backslide. -A.C.H. d. Davey Richards to retain the ACW U-30 Title; the champ faced his toughest challenge to date, but surprised Richards by countering a Texas Cloverleaf attempt with a small package pin. A.C.H. said he wasn't satisfied with a fluke finish like that and offered Richards a rematch any time he wanted one. -Dan Walsh d. Dingo in a battle of long-time rivals; after each man survived the best the other had to dish out, Walsh delivered a torture rack neckbreaker and hit his second Designated Driver of the match to score the huge victory! Walsh called out Evan Gelistico, challenging him to put his title on the line once again after Walsh's victory over him at the previous show's eight-man tag team main event. -The Children Of Pain(Darin Childs & Khris Wolfe) d. R.D. Evans & Darin Corbin. Evans is trying to bring morality to Corbin's life but it's a work in progress. Childs got the pin on Corbin via sunset flip after yanking his tights down in the process(causing Evans to avert his eyes in horror). -Mat Fitchett d. Arik Cannon via shooting star press in a hard-fought battle of attrition in front of his hometown fans. Dingo attacked Fitchett from behind after the matchup...ring announcer Greg Jovi even tried to get some revenge for Dingo's recent attack on him only to take a beating as well. Davey Vega finally hit the ring and Dingo & Cannon bailed to the floor. -Evan Gelistico just barely survived his SLA Heavyweight Title defense against Japanese sensation Akira Tozawa. Gelistico took a ton of punishment from Tozawa's kicks and suplexes...after several attempts, he was finally able to lock on the Gateway City Stretch in the middle of the ring for the tapout! Evan responded to Dan Walsh's challenge by saying he would be happy to face him...once he becomes number-one contender, of course.
