I've just became a new fan of ACW and am planning on attending my first ACW show (the December 11th show), especially after hearing about Robert Evans vs El Generico. Is there anything I need to know as a new fan to get prepared?

# 1 - It's a long show. If you drink, pace yourself. # 2 - Bring souvenir money. ACW has the best souvenir stand around. # 3 - Leave the little kids at home. The Violence, Profanity and overall length of the show tends to be too much for the pre-teen crowd. # 4 - Leave any sexist expectations you may have at home too. The ACW Joshi division are among the best women athletes in pro wrestling. The fans take pride in that and have been known to turn on others in the crowd who yell out inappropriate comments.
and most importantly...
Welcome to Fanarchy! Have a great time.

Awesome. Cant wait. Would you say the shows would be like 4 hours long or so?

Sometimes longer. Sometimes a little shorter. There will always be at least 10 matches on shows at the Mohawk. Show up for the pre-show as sometimes those matches are not only very good, they set the tone for the main show. ACW fans are incredible and keep the energy up from the very beginning to well past the final bell.

Most importantly get the hell out of the way, be nimble on your feet as the action can and will leave the ring and ringside becomes like a warzone, dont expect to be sitting in the same seat all night.

If you taunt the wrestlers, sometimes they taunt you right back...and that means if you scream profanities DIRECTLY into their ears...>_> Well..funny things tend to happen lol.

Ah a new fan, what brought ACW to your attention. The advice above is all really good.
Most important have fun the wrestlers, fans, and behind the scenes people are all really awesome.
If you have any questions ask away man.

If you have any questions ask away man. I just moved to San Antonio from Corpus (which barely has any indy wrestling). Now ive been going to shows for RCW and then I heard of you guys. I remember seeing the stuff with the Joshis and such and thought I'd check it out. Was gonna go to Lone Star Classic but I was out of town that weekend.

It's outdoors. Be prepared for the weather, especially in December and January.

Nope they put your name on the ticket, just an ID to bet into Mohawk. For X or no X to see if you can drink.
