Are we talking what's old school in ACW or in wrestling in general?
In ACW, Double Trouble is money. They are a classic tag team in every sense of the word. I've seen alot of Texas Indy tags, and for my money Double Trouble is the best. From the matching outfits, to the classic tandem moves, everything good about tag team wrestling can be seen in this team. Of course Dusty Wolfe is old school. He also looks like Steve Williams, which isn't bad at all. And Mike Dell is a classic, old school cocky heel. Probably the best heel ACW has known.
As for wrestling in general, pop in some JCP from 85-90 as that is the end-all-be-all of what old-school really is.

Here's "old school wrestling" as it relates to ACW:
I've watched several ACW DVDs now, in addition to attending two shows, and the most impressive thing isn't so much the violent matches, but the fact that even when you have a match of lower card guys just doing straight wrestling it's still compelling. Many times if I'm watching wrestling on T.V. these days, whether it's the big promotions or even some of the smaller ones, I find it easy to get distracted with other things (the computer, etc).
But the ACW matches are entertaining, no matter who's in the ring or what the conditions are. That's because there's a passion to it, which was always there in the old school but is rarely there today.
THAT'S "old school wrestling".
