I've only heard about it, but I really am clueless when it comes to it's current state.
Is it up and running? Accepting applications? Any of that jazz? Because if so, I'm rather interested.

I'm not gonna say that there is and i'm not gonna say that there isn't but if you want to train, talk to Mike Knoxville or Darin Childs and they will get you in the right direction.

At this point, ACW is looking to make stars to contribute to events as opposed to signing up as many kids as possible and cashing checks like most companies (but by no means is it free). to train with ACW you have to earn a way in. show us you want it and prove you can handle the grind of ACW...then we will discuss all the pricing/application gimmick. we want to find the next JC Bravo as opposed to the next kid looking for a hobby. SO..."to get a taste come by the venue around 11 am [on June 21st] and help set up the ring step one" ....

Damn... I wish I were younger... and athletic... and didn't mind pain so much... and didn't have a depressed skull fracture... and didn't quit the moment something got difficult...
Maybe I should just stick to ring announcing.

Barry, if u was a wrestler, i would've came to see you. I am sure you wouldve had one hell of a gimmick. On the other hand, sure as hell love and respect the announcing you do.

Awww... You make me blush... I am sure my gimmick would have involved getting beaten senseless every match and my finisher would have been laying on my back wondering what happened.

I was out of town for the Queen of Queen tournaments, but now that I know this, I'm going to try my hardest to make my way to Austin for the July show. Thanks. I contacted TWA and Rudy gave me the runaround like you wouldn't believe. He didn't make me feel so good about training with him and whatnot. I'm just hoping that I can get the proverbial ball rolling in ACW, my favorite promotion.

in all honesty ACW should always be a first in training facilities....i started off training with hotsauce and shawn vexx where i got a start of a great training for what i wanted...and i tried to finish training in some unaccomplishing places and then i found a home in ACW where i got to perfect what i do....this is where you get professional training for a great price dont think about it do it and you wont regret it take it from a champion

Well Jr. ain't lying about that one. ACW is one hell of home away from home. If it weren't for people like Darin Childs, Jacob Ladder, Rachel Summerlyn in your corner, wrestling would have just been a hobby. Its thanks to them that wrestling has become more than passion, its becoming a way of life.
